Who We Are: We are Shelly and Andy Morgan and are lucky enough to live in beautiful Dorset with our 3 sons Joe, Zack and Jacob. In addition to our gorgeous children we share our home with a cat, a parrot, 4 gerbils and 7 adorable dogs!
We are caring hobby breeders of Labradoodles and Goldendoodles and occasionally have puppies available for adoption.
Our puppies are reared indoors in a busy, noisy and very loving environment where they receive continuous care and attention. They leave for their new homes happy, healthy and confident.
What Are Labradoodles? Labradoodles are an intended cross between a Labrador and a Poodle.
(Goldendoodles are a cross between a Golden Retriever and a Poodle).
They were first bred in Australia in the late 1980's by Wally Conran of Guide Dogs Victoria. He was contacted by a blind lady who suffered from severe allergies. She needed a dog to assist her with her physical disability but reacted badly to dog fur and dander.
After careful consideration, one of their best assistance-dogs (a proven Labrador) was mated with a Standard Poodle resulting in the first Labradoodle!
This new breed was an ideal combination as it carried the temperament of the Labrador with the intelligence and non-shedding coat of the Poodle.
A lovable family dog foremost, but also a great assistance and very capable working dog.
